STRIDE HEALTH HELP CENTER DESIGN
Stride Health helps people working for themselves save money and time on insurance and taxes. Simple, fast and affordable coverage and support.
Project: Stride Health was looking to modernize their basic help center and create a playful, user-friendly website that reflected their brand and provided a helpful support experience. I designed a help center for them that felt like a welcoming community - right down to including their city scape. The design provides many easy and intuitive access points for common support topics throughout the entire support experience. To soothe frayed nerves in the support experience I built in a soothing shade of Stride’s blue.

Everything focused on making an exceptionally stressful topic - healthcare - easy and accessible. We found room to highlight the community as well, putting Stride’s users in touch with one another to find the best solutions as quickly as possible. The community feature is not live as of this moment - but has been thoroughly designed for showing the striking volume and diversity of Stride’s Clients.
