EERO (AMAZON) HELP CENTER

I worked freelance to contract for Eero from 2016-2019. During my time there, I designed and developed eero's Community and Help Center websites, both core touchpoints for the brand. As of 2023 both of my designs are still in use (Help Center, Community).

Challenge: To create an easy to navigate help center that humanized and showcased and humanized the people providing support. The Help center needed to provide easy access to common issues, and also provide easy access to the shop.

Community

Eero actually contracted me for their community design twice! I created their original community in 2015 and a re-designed community to match the new Help Center in 2018.

The community revision (left) worked to make the distinction between the help center and the community clearer. It also needed to integrate new community guidelines and some new technology.

For 1 year - I was a contract front-end developer for eero’s marketing team. I worked on marketing emails and eero.com - particularly for major milestones like Prime Day and the holidays.
