Help Center Redesign

Largely centered on the home page and navigation, the help center redesign focused on using data to tailor the user experience to the needs of eero’s customers seeking troubleshooting support. It also reflects the new branding with updated icons, colors and layout.

We achieved this goal by building common questions/answers and particularly tricky topics right into the homepage layout so that they’d be fast and easy to find.
